Job Description
Telephone Operator
- Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain call records
- Provide basic information on products and offers
Customer Relation Executive
- Welcome customers and understand requirements
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Sales Executive
- Assist customers in jewellery selection
- Explain product features, pricing, and schemes
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain showroom display standards
Business Development Officer
- Drive showroom footfall and customer acquisition
- Plan promotional and outreach activities
- Support sales growth initiatives
