📋Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound technical support calls from international (US/UK) end-users and IT professionals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows XP, 8, 10), and network issues over voice. Provide step-by-step resolution guidance, document calls in ticketing systems, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support as per SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues (XP, Windows 8, Windows 10) including startup errors, blue screens, driver issues, and performance problems. Handle hardware troubleshooting — printers, monitors, keyboards, peripherals. Install, configure, and update software applications and Microsoft Office products.
Assist users with VPN setup, troubleshooting, and connectivity. Handle basic Active Directory (AD) tasks — password resets, account lockouts, user creation. Resolve DNS and DHCP issues. Support users in connecting to corporate networks, Wi-Fi, and remote desktop services.
