PreciStat is seeking a skilled IT Executive who can handle both IT system administration and network/CCTV infrastructure in Visakhapatnam. This is a dual-expertise role requiring hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networking (CCNA level), and physical security surveillance systems (CCTV/DVR/NVR).
You will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure along with monitoring and managing security/surveillance systems — making this an excellent role for IT professionals who enjoy working across both software systems and physical security technology.

📋Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) including user account creation, group policy management, and access control. Handle Office 365 user/license management, email configuration, and shared mailbox administration. Conduct regular access reviews and enforce least-privilege principles across the organization.
Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and VLANs. Perform IP auditing, ACL configuration, and intrusion detection. Assist in network setup, routing, and switching. Conduct firmware/software updates for network devices. Ensure network uptime and performance meets SLA requirements.
Handle complete CCTV infrastructure including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP cameras. Monitor surveillance systems, ensure continuous uptime, and troubleshoot DVR/NVR and camera connectivity issues. Manage storage and backup of surveillance footage. Configure IP-based surveillance systems and integrate with centralized monitoring platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS servers and workstations. Manage Linux-based servers for stability and security. Perform regular patching, updates, and security configurations. Provide remote support using RDP, AnyDesk, and UltraViewer tools. Manage help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.
Perform network security tasks including IP auditing, ACL configuration, and intrusion detection. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain hardware and software inventory. Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty management.
