Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls & chat queries from customers.
- Provide accurate solutions within turnaround time.
- Maintain customer interaction records & documentation.
- Assess customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide correct and complete information using available tools.

- Good English communication skills are mandatory.

- 5 days working; rotational shifts & week-offs.
