▸ Address outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) through analysis and phone calls using available resources
▸ Utilize tools and applications to achieve resolution — payment, corrected submission, appeals, or adjustment
▸ Report trends and patterns in denials, claim submission errors, and billing-related issues to managers
▸ Meet established SLAs for production quality and update call outcomes in the billing system
▸ Follow P&P (Policies & Procedures) and continuously improve performance based on feedback
