Job Description
Infinite is hiring Customer Support Executives in Visakhapatnam. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or suitable solutions.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the root cause.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and support process improvements.
- Meet performance targets related to response time, CSAT, and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
