Job Description
Sonigara Corp is looking for passionate and creative Architect Freshers to support design, planning, project documentation, and coordination across various real estate projects within PCMC.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit.
- Assist in conceptual and schematic design development.
- Support design presentations, documentation, and drafting.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and on-site teams for project execution.
- Conduct site visits for project tracking and observations.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Understanding of architectural design fundamentals.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture).
- 0.6 to 1 year of experience; internships also considered.
- Passion for architecture and real-estate projects.
