🎯 Job Responsibilities
▸ Virtually proctor exams — manage start-up, submission, and log-out of test takers as per client rules
▸ Serve as liaison between Operations staff and test takers to resolve connectivity or technical issues
▸ Validate and verify identity of test takers and assist with exam prerequisites
▸ Log active interventions and supervise investigation of any alleged exam policy breaches
▸ Provide excellent customer service via chat and email support using business tools
▸ Supervise the entire exam duration and document findings accurately in the database
▸ Participate in weekly review meetings and report technical issues to support team
