Zomato is hiring Customer Delight Associates for its Gurugram and Hyderabad offices.

You will interact directly with users, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every interaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, or calls.
  • Resolve concerns quickly with logical thinking.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Take ownership of issues until final resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English + Regional Language)
  • Logical thinking & problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Marathi
  • Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Eligible)
