in this segment typically work on customer acquisition, gold loan disbursement targets, documentation, compliance, portfolio management,
and recovery follow-ups when required. You will gain exposure to sales + operations together, which helps you grow quickly in branch banking.
Salary and incentives will be as per bank norms and may depend on performance and location.

Job Description & Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer – Gold Loan role comes with ownership of gold loan business operations at the branch/assigned area.
You will drive customer acquisition and disbursement targets while ensuring compliance, proper documentation, and portfolio quality.
Candidates who can manage both sales and operations will do well in this profile.
- Lead gold loan business operations with full ownership and responsibility.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and documentation standards.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly gold loan disbursement targets.
- Manage and grow the gold loan portfolio and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery/collections as per process.
- Support branch-level execution for product campaigns and customer engagement.
SME products, or senior relationship roles in future.
