As an Admission Counselor, your main role is to guide parents and students with the right information and support them throughout
the admission journey. Since admissions are time-sensitive, follow-up discipline and clear communication can directly impact your performance.
- Counsel parents and students about Junior College programs (+1, +2) and CBSE offerings.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and telephonic queries professionally.
- Manage follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
- Support the complete admission process and coordinate documentation.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records (manual + system updates).
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
