Karya.cloud is hiring experienced Product Support Specialists to provide L1/L2
support for cloud-based SaaS products. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, managing support
tickets, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 product and application support.
- Troubleshoot cloud & SaaS-based issues.
- Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering & product teams.
- Create documentation, FAQs, and reports.
Skills & Eligibility
- 1–4 years experience in Product/Application Support.
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred).
- SQL, API debugging, ticket management.
- Strong customer communication skills.
