Thought Circuits Services is hiring **Bench Sales Recruiters (Freshers)** who are
enthusiastic about US staffing, sales, and recruitment. This is an excellent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Marketing bench consultants across various IT technologies
• Handling full-cycle Bench Sales & Recruitment process
• Negotiating compensation and closing candidates
• Working with recruiting portals like Dice, Monster & LinkedIn
• Handling US Visas – H1B, H4EAD, CPT, OPT, GC
• Maintaining strong vendor & client relationships
• Regular follow-ups with bench consultants

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers are welcome
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Strong English communication skills
• Interest in sales, negotiation & recruitment

Work Details
