Job Description

IDFC FIRST Bank is conducting a walk-in drive for Associate Relationship Managers
in Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) under the Rural Banking division.
The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and loan disbursement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets and generate leads through local activities
  • Cold calling, canopy activities, and leaflet distribution
  • Service leads from sales and cross-sell channels
  • Manage customer relationships to enhance retention & growth
  • Achieve sales, income, and customer acquisition targets
  • Handle end-to-end loan process from login to disbursement
  • Customer counselling and handholding during sanction
  • Support collections to avoid loan defaults
  • Build relationships with builders & local business communities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate – BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE
  • 0–2 years experience in Banking / NBFCs
  • Interest in field sales & relationship management
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
