- Monitor lead inflow from digital platforms, portals, and walk-ins
- Track lead quality, site visits, and booking conversions
- Coordinate with sales teams on follow-ups and closures
- Optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Property Portals)
- Manage CRM tracking and campaign performance
Required Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in residential real estate marketing
- Strong expertise in lead generation & digital campaigns
- Experience in project launches and sales coordination
- Budget control, CRM tracking & performance analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
