Job Description
Coll-Man is hiring motivated candidates for Telecaller (Banking Collection)
and Field Executive roles in Vizag. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced
candidates with good communication and target-oriented skills.
Telecaller – Banking Collection
- Make outbound calls for payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the collections team to achieve targets.
Field Executive
- Visit customer locations for payment collection.
- Verify customer details and submit reports.
- Coordinate with back-office and collections teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and recoveries.
Eligibility & Skills
- Intermediate or Any Degree qualification.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in banking collections.
- Field executives must be comfortable with local travel.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
