• Customer Supportive (Full Time)

Builders Full Job Description:

• customer inquiries about Laitcrafts products, exhibitions (if applicable), or company information. This might involve providing brochures, answering basic questions, or directing them to appropriate staff.
• Maintain basic awareness of product availability, potentially directing customer inquiries or restocking brochures.
• Maintain a secure work environment by monitoring visitors and potentially handling access control systems.
• Potentially assist the sales team by processing orders, handling payments, or generating quotes (depending on the company structure).
• Enter data into company systems as required, potentially including customer information or appointment details.
• Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Salary:

• 18,000/- to 22,000/- per month
