1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, engineers, testers, project managers, and other technical roles.
2. Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and organization.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate requirements.

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
