Job Description – Fraud Analyst (Non Voice)
- Monitor online transactions and detect suspicious activities.
- Investigate flagged cases and assess risks.
- Ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies.
- Develop fraud prevention strategies and maintain reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for fraud resolution.
Eligibility & Key Skills
- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive & proactive attitude
- Emotionally strong and able to handle sensitive content
- Basic computer knowledge
