Operate reactors, centrifuges, ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer), and other production equipment as per batch manufacturing records (BMR). Ensure equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and ready for each production cycle. Handle raw material charging, reaction monitoring, and product discharge operations in compliance with GMP standards.

Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and cleaning records as per cGMP guidelines. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all equipment operations and documentation activities. Complete line clearance checks, in-process controls, and report any deviations to the shift supervisor.

Operate centrifuge equipment for solid-liquid separation processes in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing. Monitor centrifuge speed, cycle time, and yield parameters. Perform washing, drying, and unloading of product cake. Ensure proper containment and safe handling of materials throughout the separation process.

Follow all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines at the production facility. Wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. Identify and report potential hazards, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and EHS training programs as required by the production facility.

Perform equipment cleaning as per cleaning SOPs and cleaning validation protocols. Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules. Perform basic equipment checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns to the technical team promptly to minimize production downtime.
