👔 Roles & Responsibilities
▸ Work with hiring managers to close positions — understand requirements, define JDs, and manage expectations
▸ Liaise with external partners and coordinate with vendors for contractual and permanent hiring
▸ Track progress on each position and submit weekly recruitment metrics to stakeholders
▸ Manage recruitment team members (recruiters and vendors) to ensure timely closures
▸ Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws, documentation, and background verification
▸ Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to hiring managers on recruitment progress
▸ Create Requisition IDs, JDs, and manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer

✅ Close offers within stipulated timelines and budget
✅ Create and manage Requisition IDs and Job Descriptions end-to-end
✅ Maintain accurate status reports on all open positions
