Job Description
Skill Tune Technologies is conducting a walk-in interview for experienced
OPT Recruiters. Candidates with strong experience in US IT Staffing and OPT/CPT hiring
are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit OPT/CPT, H1 Transfers, GC, GC-EAD candidates.
- Source candidates using Dice, OPT portals, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Market consultants to end clients and vendors.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years experience in OPT/CPT recruiting (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience with US IT staffing processes.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹6.5 LPA
