Make outbound calls to international (US) clients and prospects. Create and execute sales strategies to drive higher revenues. Conduct pipeline management, negotiation, and objection-handling. Onboard new merchants and drive business revenue. Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM.
Translate client's marketing goals into actionable sales strategies. Manage book of business using segmentation and engagement tools. Listen to clients effectively, comprehend implicit/explicit needs, and provide customized solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans. Use Salesforce, dialers, and G Suite effectively.
