Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time video KYC verification calls
- Verify customer identity and documentation
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Provide professional and friendly customer interactions
- Identify suspicious or fraudulent verification attempts
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0 – 2 years in customer support or KYC verification
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of one regional language preferred (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam)
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Comfortable working rotational or night shifts
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset
