- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Manage the complete dispute lifecycle: receipt, documentation, investigation, response, resolution, and closure
- Monitor chargeback timelines and ensure strict SLA compliance
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support
- Update internal systems with call details and follow-up actions
