  • Manage end-to-end processing of credit card disputes and compliance with card-network regulations
  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Manage the complete dispute lifecycle: receipt, documentation, investigation, response, resolution, and closure
  • Monitor chargeback timelines and ensure strict SLA compliance
