Job Description
Guest Relationship Executive
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and guide jewellery selection.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Showroom Sales Staff
- Handle jewellery sales and product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, pricing and offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain showroom display and merchandising standards.
Eligibility & Skills
- Age: 21 – 30 years
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Retail sales & upselling skills
- Billing & basic computer knowledge
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
