Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Acquisition Manager / Premier Relationship Manager – CASA for retail branch banking and liability sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current Account (CA) & Savings Account (SA) customers.
• Ensure KYC compliance, documentation, and account activation.
• Drive account usage, balance maintenance & engagement.
• Cross-sell loans, insurance, mutual funds & TPP products.
• Meet monthly acquisition and deposit targets.
• Maintain audit and compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream).
• 0–4 Years of experience in Banking / Financial Sales.
• Driving License & own vehicle mandatory.
• Interest in field sales required.
