Candidates with hands-on experience in US staffing and strong sourcing skills are encouraged to attend.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle management.
- Source candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn & internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with US clients & hiring managers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US IT Recruitment (H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Understanding of IT technologies & staffing process.
- Ability to work independently under deadlines.
Work Details
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Day Shift)
- Work Mode: 100% Onsite
