GSK Solutions Inc., with 17+ years of excellence in US IT Staffing, is hiring
experienced US Senior OPT Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to support
consultant onboarding, documentation, and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for US H1B consultants.
- 50+ cold calls daily to source and engage consultants.
- Onboard at least 4 H1B transfer-ready consultants per month.
- Validate documentation (Visa, DL, Resume, etc.).
- Coordinate with Bench Sales and Delivery teams.
- Track submissions, interviews, onboarding & closures.
- Schedule leadership/manager calls weekly.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years experience as US OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong cold calling & onboarding experience.
- Experience handling senior consultants (10+ years).
- Knowledge of US staffing & compliance.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
