Oversee complete operations of the Yelamanchili manufacturing plant — production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics. Set production targets and monitor daily/monthly output. Optimize plant efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective operations. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices across all departments.

Lead, mentor, and manage a large cross-functional team including production supervisors, engineers, quality staff, and support functions. Drive performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Maintain industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners in the building materials sector. Identify new business opportunities in Andhra Pradesh and neighboring regions. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Manage the plant's Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. Prepare and control annual budgets for operations, capex, and manpower. Drive cost reduction initiatives. Report to senior leadership on financial performance, production metrics, and strategic KPIs.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and industry specifications. Implement and maintain ISO/quality certifications for the plant. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and workplace safety standards. Lead audits and represent the company during external inspections.
