Job Description
Ground Operations Staff
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and arrival.
- Handle baggage and coordinate ramp operations.
- Ensure smooth aircraft turnaround.
- Provide accurate information and customer support.
- Coordinate with security and airline teams.
Security Staff
- Monitor passenger and baggage security.
- Maintain airport safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with airport authorities.
- Ensure adherence to aviation security protocols.
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum Intermediate / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and medically cleared as per aviation norms.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
