- Review medical records to identify HCC conditions.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS risk adjustment guidelines.
- Maintain high coding accuracy and productivity.
- Coordinate with QA teams for audits and corrections.
- Meet TAT and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 Years in HCC Coding
- Certified & Non-Certified HCC Coders can apply
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM Guidelines
- Risk Adjustment Coding & Chart Review
- Attention to detail & time management skills
