Job Description
Examity is hiring Process Associate Trainees (Proctors) to provide world-class customer support to international test takers by facilitating secure online examination sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proctor online exams and monitor test integrity
- Assist test takers with login, submission & technical issues
- Validate and verify test taker identity
- Handle disconnect issues related to audio/video/internet
- Document exam activities and report technical issues
- Provide chat and email support to customers
