About Callidus Hiring 2026
Callidus is inviting experienced professionals to apply for the position of
Senior Quantity Surveyors for its Delhi office located in Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in
Quantity Take-Off, International Measurement Standards, and Client Coordination.
The organization is seeking professionals who have worked on large-scale infrastructure,
commercial, or international projects and possess hands-on experience in using
COST-X software and international BOQ standards.
Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Delhi.
Open Positions
🔹 Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP (2 Positions)
- Experience: 7–8 Years
- Specialization: Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
- Strong exposure to international project costing
🔹 Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil (2 Positions)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Strong experience in civil BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Experience in infrastructure/commercial projects preferred
Educational Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Key Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of Quantity Take-Off using COST-X
- Knowledge of International Measurement Standards: POMI, SMM7, CESM, NRM
- Preparation of BOQs as per international guidelines
- Team management experience
- Professional communication & client handling skills
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Work on international project standards
- Coordinate with design and project teams
- Manage client communications and reporting
- Ensure accuracy in BOQs and cost documentation
- Lead and mentor junior QS team members
