📦 About the Role
The Transportation Representative – ATS Relay Ops acts as the primary interface between Amazon and external stakeholder partners (carriers, transporters). You ARE Amazon to them. This role involves facilitating flow of information between Carriers, Hubs, and Warehouses, and resolving any potential disruptions that impact customer experience and business continuity.
The specialist makes real-time decisions, analyzes data trends, leads L2 team members during shifts, and drives process improvement initiatives. This is a virtual/WFH role based in Andhra Pradesh.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carriers/vendors for delivery network
- Resolve transportation exceptions in real time
- Analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL tools
- Escalate variances and follow through on resolution
- Develop performance metrics to drive business results
- Lead L2 team members during shift operations
- Write weekly narrative on network findings

🎓 Qualifications
✅ Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- OR experience translating customer needs into business requirements

- Degree within last 12 months
- Amazon/subsidiary experience is a plus
