Coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery of healthcare programs. Attend field visits, maintain call records, and submit daily reports. Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred — freshers with science or pharma backgrounds are ideal candidates.

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates for US-based clients across technology domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.). Use job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) and internal databases to find matching profiles. Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical fitment, communication skills, and US work authorization. Manage client requirements, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up on offers. Work in night shift (US business hours — EST/CST).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Trybinc's services — including healthcare training placement, IT staffing, and skill development programs. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare presentations, proposals, and business pitches. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. MBA Marketing freshers with strong communication and target-oriented mindset are welcome to apply.

Make outbound calls to prospective students, clients, or candidates as per assigned target list.
