📋Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute structural works for High Raised Residential buildings and Mivan formwork systems. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor concrete pouring, shuttering, reinforcement, and quality checks. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure adherence to structural drawings, specifications, and safety standards. 4–8 years experience in high-rise construction mandatory.
Graduate Engineer Trainees and Diploma Engineer Trainees will be trained on-site in structural construction operations under senior engineers. Assist in site supervision, documentation, quality checks, and material management. An excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates/diploma holders to gain hands-on construction experience in high-rise building projects.
Implement and enforce site safety regulations at the construction site. Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. Ensure all workers follow PPE protocols and safety procedures. Prepare safety reports and coordinate with site management on compliance. Knowledge of high-rise construction safety regulations mandatory.
Prepare and manage project schedules (Primavera/MS Project), progress monitoring, and resource planning. Handle quantity surveying — BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tender documentation, and contractor billing. Coordinate with procurement, site, and finance teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. High-rise and Mivan project experience required.
Mechanical Engineer: Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works and equipment on site. Supervisor: Oversee daily labour and subcontractor work on high-rise floors. Plumber: Install and maintain plumbing systems per drawings. Accounts Executive: Handle billing, payments, and project accounting. Stores Executive: Manage material receipts, inventory, and issue records.
