TS EAMCET 2026 Counselling — Step-by-Step
Step 1
Processing Fee Payment
- tgeapcet.nic.in → "Payment of Processing Fee" link
- TG EAPCET Hall Ticket Registration Number + Date of Birth + Inter Hall Ticket enter
- Online payment: Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking / T-Wallet
- OC/EWS/BC: ₹1,200 | SC/ST: ₹600 (approx)
- Reference number save చేయండి / printout తీసుకోండి
Step 2
Slot Booking for HLC (Help Line Centre)
- tgeapcet.nic.in login → "Slot Booking" section
- Nearest HLC select చేయండి
- Preferred date + time slot choose చేయండి
- Slot booking confirmation SMS వస్తుంది
- TS లో ALL categories HLC visit mandatory — AP వంటి auto-online verification లేదు
- Slot date/time strictly follow చేయండి — late arrival allowed కాదు
Step 3
Certificate Verification at HLC
- Booked slot date + time కి nearest HLC కి visit
- All original certificates + 2 Xerox sets తో attend
- Verification officer documents check చేస్తారు
- Candidate presence mandatory — parent/guardian attend చేయలేరు
- Verification complete తర్వాత web options unlock అవుతాయి
- Issues ఉంటే re-verification appointment తీసుకోవచ్చు
Step 4
Web Options Entry
- Verification తర్వాత tgeapcet.nic.in → "Web Options Entry"
- Preferred colleges + branches priority order లో add
- Maximum options fill — minimum 10+ strongly recommended
- Save → Lock before deadline
- Phase 1 options Phase 2 కి carry forward కావు — fresh options
- Rank + category + local area + options basis గా automatic allotment
Step 5
Seat Allotment + Tuition Fee Payment
- Allotment result tgeapcet.nic.in లో check
- Allotment order download
- Satisfied: Tuition fee online pay (OC: ₹10,000; SC/ST: ₹5,000 minimum)
- Fee excess: college reporting తర్వాత refund
- Not satisfied: Phase 2 లో fresh options exercise
Step 6
Self-Reporting Online + College Reporting
- Online self-reporting: tgeapcet.nic.in లో complete
- Allotment order + fee receipt print
- Allotted college కి original certificates తో physically report
- College reporting deadline miss చేస్తే seat cancel!
- Final phase reporting = admission confirmed
