Job Description
Wissenpro IT Solutions is hiring experienced Senior Quality Analysts for its International Banking process at Hyderabad and Bengaluru locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with client standards
- Drive performance and bottom-quartile quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct calibrations, refresher training, and TNI sessions
- Create MIS dashboards and quality reports
- Handle client coordination and escalations
- Support new joiner training and product knowledge sessions
