Job Description

Amazon is hiring for the role of Virtual Customer Service Associate (Work From Home) for Telangana.
This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experience through voice, chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve queries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
  • Use multiple internal tools to research and provide correct solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience without scripted conversations.
  • Handle issues professionally and delight customers through effective resolution.

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts including overnight and weekends.
  • Operational hours: 6 AM – 11 PM (Monday to Sunday).
  • May include national holidays.
