Job Description
TCS is hiring talented HR professionals for International HR Services to support global HR operations, lifecycle management, compensation, compliance, and ServiceNow-based HR query management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks in Workday (probation, contract updates, pay groups).
- Generate and proofread job change/compensation letters.
- Handle shift allowance, on-call allowance, and time-off audits.
- Resolve employee queries via ServiceNow ticketing.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely HR service delivery.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain sensitive HR data securely.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Workday (Core HR, letters, contracts, compensation & absence).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, quality control & documentation skills.
- Strong compliance mindset and analytical decision-making.
- Preferred: Python scripting for HR automation tasks.
Eligibility
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Flexible to night shifts & 24×7 rotation.
- Work from Office only.
