Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage candidate submissions through VMS platforms
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment
- Knowledge of Ceipal and VMS platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of technical roles such as Developers, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
