Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Log and manage incidents using ticketing systems
• Provide Level 1 technical troubleshooting
• Support issues related to Windows OS, VPN, VOIP and desktop systems
• Assist with password reset and account management
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams

Required Skills

• Knowledge of IT Helpdesk or Service Desk operations
• Understanding of Windows OS and MS Office
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to support remote desktop troubleshooting
