In this role, you will manage or support the end-to-end execution of MEP & Building Services activities across project sites.
Your day-to-day work will include coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client teams to ensure drawings, specifications, and
site execution align with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. You may also be responsible for tracking progress, raising technical
clarifications (RFIs), and ensuring that work meets safety, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.

• Manage execution of MEP services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors to ensure drawings and site work are aligned
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality checks at project milestones
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance
• Prepare progress reports, track issues, and support stakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements

For Manager / Assistant Manager (Additional Expectations)

• Lead project teams and drive delivery excellence across one or multiple sites
• Oversee vendor performance, escalations, and critical deliverables
• Ensure client satisfaction through strong reporting and proactive risk management
