Hearing Solutions is hiring an Executive Front Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations, customer handling, and basic administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome & assist customers visiting the center.
  • Maintain customer records, fill forms, and verify details.
  • Guide customers for tests, purchases, consultation & services.
  • Attend calls, respond & transfer to respective departments.
  • Maintain walk-in and admin registers.
  • Manage filing, documentation & daily activity reports.
  • Handle cash, deposits & maintain financial registers.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure office equipment and vendor management.
  • Support office events & maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Women candidates preferred.
  • Any graduate.
  • 0–4 years experience in Front Desk / FOE roles.
  • Strong communication & customer interaction skills.
  • Basic knowledge of admin & documentation tasks.
