Job Description

GSK Solutions Inc., with 17+ years of excellence in US IT Staffing, is hiring
experienced US Senior OPT Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to support
consultant onboarding, documentation, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for US H1B consultants.
  • 50+ cold calls daily to source and engage consultants.
  • Onboard at least 4 H1B transfer-ready consultants per month.
  • Validate documentation (Visa, DL, Resume, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Bench Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Track submissions, interviews, onboarding & closures.
  • Schedule leadership/manager calls weekly.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years experience as US OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong cold calling & onboarding experience.
  • Experience handling senior consultants (10+ years).
  • Knowledge of US staffing & compliance.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
