API & intermediate development, reaction optimization, and scale-up support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates.
- Optimize reactions to improve yield and purity.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and development reports.
- Coordinate with Analytical R&D teams.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities.
