OnePlus Job Role & Responsibilities :

Position: Management Trainee Sales
1. Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category across sales, customer experience and operations via online.
2. Build and strengthen key account relationships and Sales service & experience to drive overall sales volumes.
3. Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
4. Carry out customer purchase analysis and surveys to better understand merchant/ partner requirements to better service our customers.
5. Identify, establish and build strategic partnerships which help drive sales and build strong customer experience.
6. Build, design and execute strongly targeted promotions internally and with external partners.

Qualification Of the Candidate :

1. MBA or master’s degree in Marketing or Sales (only 2024 graduates)
2. Proven collaboration skills; must be a team player
3. Solve problems using both analytical and creative skills
