Job Responsibility for IT Admin:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in IT administration roles.
  • Proficiency in server and network administration.
  • Good in O365 administration.
  • Good troubleshooting skill of networks, firewall and WiFI
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience on Network monitoring tools
  • Working experience in ticketing tools.
  • Experience with firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet/Sonicwall)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Azure Administrator, CCNA) are a plus.

Job Responsibility for SEO:

  • Proven experience in SEO management, preferably in the B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and web development concepts, and knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
  • Strong Technical SEO knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in handling SEO in multiple regions (US, UK, Middle East) is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving organic growth and ROI.

Job Responsibility for Graphic Designer:

  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, social & digital trends, and innovations in the design field.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
  • Draft mockups of Display ads, website designs, brochures, ppt, and any other marketing materials required.
  • Prepare drafts or storyboards of concepts, discussing them with the internal manager and cross-domain for making necessary changes.
  • Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail, which is in accordance with brand attributes.
  • Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

Job Responsibility for Video Editor:

  • Min 3-4 years of experience as a video editor and videographer.
  • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve. After Effects expertise is appreciated.
  • Should have a creative eye for good composition and knowledge about cinematography techniques.
  • Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
  • Portfolio of completed videos/films.
  • Ability to work and deliver on a tight schedule.
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
  • Degree or diploma in any subject.
  • A certificate course in Videography or Cinematography is preferred.

  • 5+ years in a front-end development role; include portfolio or samples of past work and projects
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Php
  • Experience accurately translating designs cross-browser for a variety of screen sizes
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail
  • Experience working with Figma or similar (Sketch and InVision)

Job Responsibility for Receptionist:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Office Suite.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
