QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Project Experience:

Must Have:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Technical Service Desk
• Competent in communicating technical information to technical as well as non-technical staff.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• You should be flexible and willing to work in shifts from Sunday to Saturday Experience in a 24X7 environmentacross all three shifts
• Analytical, critical and deductive reasoning required to troubleshoot user issues.
• Clear, concise, professional and thorough verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow exacting processes and procedures and take direction positively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must have the ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities.
• Continuous learning of new systems, business processes and concepts are a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and
• learnings to use cases across business domains and industries
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Good to Have:

• ITIL Certification is added advantage.
• You should have good knowledge of the following areas: Windows XP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet) Network topology.
• First diagnosis for Applications, PCs and technology issues.
• Knowledge and experience of workflow tools in a large, complex environment Technical background.
• Understanding of Application connectivity issues
• Understanding of end-to-end Incident management, change management, problem management & Service request management
• Understanding of Service Desk tools like ServiceNow, Amazon connect, Five9, etc.
• Understanding of call metrics like ACD, call waiting, FCR etc.
• Experience on virtualization platform
• Knowledge on ITSM tools & Reporting.
• Knowledge on Technology updates, Microsoft, cloud, TEAMS, Zoom, SharePoint, VDI / Citrix Issues, M365 issues, Windows 10 issues, Hardware issue, Account unlocks / password resets, Authentication / certificatesissues, Backup issues

Education:

B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Prior Experience: 1 3 Years of experience working in Technical Service Desk Location: Hyderabad/Pune
